Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design primary and secondary packaging from concept to print-ready files, ensuring luxury finishes and brand consistency
• Create high-converting Amazon A+ Content and product imagery to drive marketplace sales
• Develop high-performing digital assets for organic social (Instagram/TikTok) and paid media (Meta/Google Ads)
• Utilize Figma to build web-ready assets, landing pages, and digital experiences that optimize the customer journey
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, generate mood boards, and rapidly ideate on creative assets
• Use Canva to build team templates for quick-turn social content while maintaining premium brand standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proven track record of creating Amazon A+ content that drives conversion
• Deep understanding of typography, file types, materials, and the printing process
• Proficiency in Canva and Google Suite for collaborative design and organization
• Active experience using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity
• A portfolio demonstrating a clean, modern, and editorial design sense
