Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design primary and secondary packaging, taking products from concept to print-ready files with luxury finishes.
• Develop high-converting Amazon A+ content and product imagery to drive marketplace sales.
• Create high-performing digital assets for organic social (Instagram/TikTok) and paid media (Meta/Google Ads).
• Build web-ready assets, landing pages, and digital experiences using Figma to optimize the customer journey.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, generate mood boards, and rapidly ideate on creative assets.
• Utilize Canva to build team templates that allow for quick-turn social content while maintaining brand standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven track record of creating Amazon A+ content that drives conversion.
• Deep understanding of typography, file types, materials, and the printing process.
• Experience using Canva for collaborative design and Google Suite for project organization.
• Active experience using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.
• A portfolio demonstrating a clean, modern, and editorial design sense.
