Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the Instructure learning ecosystem
• Execute visual assets for global marketing campaigns across social media, web, and email
• Design event creative for large-scale events including presentation graphics and social kits
• Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to ensure a cohesive user journey
• Manage a high-volume ticket queue via Asana and maintain brand asset libraries

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex information
• Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SaaS industry experience
• Proficiency in Canva and Figma
• Basic animation or motion graphics skills (After Effects/Premiere)
• Knowledge of prepress and print production
• Experience working in agile environments using Asana and Slack
