Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Bring creative concepts to life through visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print, digital, and social media
• Collaborate with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders on project requirements and brainstorming
• Manage design projects from concept to completion within specified timelines and budgets
• Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables
• Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and expectation management
• Conceptualize annual campaigns and contribute to production planning
• Execute external pitch decks, internal decks, and branded Canva email templates
• Perform photo editing and manipulation
• Design print collateral including billboards, bus wraps, publications, and brochures
• Design and execute a wide range of merchandise and work with vendors
• Maintain disciplined file management and organization using naming conventions and project management best practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Robust portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Figma, Midjourney, Google Slides, and Canva
• Experience in ClickUp and Slack
• Experience in prepress and file preparation for print
• Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in paid media design
• Excellent typography and layout skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Premiere Pro and After Effects
