Responsibilities

• Design compelling marketing materials across email campaigns, affiliate marketing, paid social media, homepage, and site graphics
• Create original graphic designs and layouts tailored for diverse marketing applications
• Develop visually appealing layouts by selecting appropriate typography, imagery, and design elements
• Utilize AI-driven tools for creative conceptualization, ideation, and design enhancement
• Uphold and refine brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual assets
• Collaborate with the Site Operations team to enhance campaign effectiveness using performance analytics
• Leverage performance metrics to iterate and optimize creative designs

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Three plus years of experience creating content for a fashion company
• Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• English fluency
