About the role
Responsibilities
- Design best-in-class sponsorship sales materials to create compelling narratives for brand partnerships
- Produce creative work focusing on Naming Rights and On-Uniform Branding opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing solutions team to manage a pipeline of creative requests
- Navigate feedback from internal and external parties with poise
- Maintain clear communication and diplomacy under tight timelines
- Explore new software, tools, and technology like AI to enhance output
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience within a large agency, pro sports team, or similar organization
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in Ceros
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint) and Google Slides
- Experience in the sports and/or entertainment industries
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Video editing experience
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro or After Effects
