Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Evaluate design instructions and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Suggest drafts and ideas for review
• Create illustrations, visuals, and other designs using software or manual drawings
• Use appealing colors and outlines in each graphic
• Collaborate with group leaders and relevant stakeholders to produce final designs
• Test graphics across various media platforms
• Modify or redesign tasks based on feedback
• Ensure all graphics and outlines are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
• Support designing executive QBRs, business plan presentations, and quarterly newsletters
• Assist the automation team in designing dashboard platforms, visuals, and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Technical skills in Power BI
• Creativity in developing illustrations and animations
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate ideas effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
