Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into visual stories and bring client brands to life across digital channels
• Manage design tasks with a strong eye for detail and consistency
• Work across the full creative process from concept and ideation to execution and final delivery
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers, and marketers
• Implement AI tools and workflows to improve speed and creativity
• Take ownership of projects and push for better outcomes beyond the initial brief

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant design experience, ideally in B2B, fast-scaling, or agency environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles including composition, typography, color, and layout
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects
• Proactive and clear communication in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects
• UX/UI design experience
• Familiarity with Figma
• Experience with AI tools like Firefly or Midjourney
