Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Independently own design projects from brief through final execution
• Translate complex briefs into strategic visual solutions aligned with business objectives
• Develop multiple creative directions to support campaign needs
• Manage high-volume retail and wholesale deliverables with minimal oversight
• Ensure creative aligns with brand standards across multiple states and formats
• Identify opportunities to improve templates, workflows, and scalable design systems
• Provide peer-level feedback and informal guidance to Junior Designers

Requirements

• 3–5 years professional design experience (in-house or agency)
• Portfolio demonstrating independent project ownership and strategic thinking
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated ability to design across print and digital channels
• Strong command of visual systems and brand standards
• Understanding of production standards and building files to spec
• After Effects experience for light motion or animation needs
• Familiarity with light retouching and color correction
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with art direction processes and concept development
• Strong communication skills and ability to defend design rationale
• Passion for the cannabis industry
