Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining high standards of design, format, and production
• Provide design direction on layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages
• Create and produce a variety of print and online marketing materials including brochures, maps, advertising, presentations, and websites
• Manage large-format and environmental design and installation coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet client goals
• Partner with external vendors to execute projects on time and within budget
• Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, including files and imagery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
• 3-5 years of marketing support services experience, preferably within Commercial Real Estate
• At least 2 years of experience in digital design, advertising, and email marketing
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of print production, including specs, vendor coordination, and print-ready file setup
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or rich media
• B2B and social media marketing experience
