Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets across digital, print, social media, and environmental platforms.
• Support the development of creative concepts aligned with the College of Architecture, Visual Arts & Design (CAVAD) communications strategy.
• Apply established brand standards to ensure consistency and quality across all visual communications.
• Create design assets for website updates, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Assist with the design and production of materials for signature events, including promotional and on-site graphics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and communicating progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student contributors to support storytelling and engagement efforts.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and digital distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 1–3 years of related design experience.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating design work across digital and print platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong skills in typography, layout, color, and visual composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
