Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts by interpreting ideas, goals, and project requirements
• Design and produce a wide range of visual assets across print and digital platforms
• Translate concepts into thoughtful layouts, typography, and visual systems
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and web
• Prepare and deliver polished, production-ready files using industry-standard tools
• Partner with external vendors, printers, and creative partners
• Contribute to the evolution and consistency of BETA’s visual brand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Keen eye for visual composition, typography, and layout
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Foundational understanding of branding and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional design experience
• Familiarity with web design principles and front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Photography and photo editing skills
