About the role
Responsibilities
- Design website banners, promotional tiles, landing pages, and themed collections
- Create campaign visuals for CRM, emailers, and push notifications
- Design assets for festive launches, health awareness months, and new brand drops
- Maintain visual identity and guidelines across all formats and placements
- Design variations for banners, email headers, or CTAs to improve CTR and conversion
- Organize and maintain asset libraries, templates, and design files
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or consumer brand design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and Canva
- Strong eye for detail and visual hierarchy
- Ability to handle fast turnarounds and iterative design
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for email or landing page design
- Familiarity with wellness or health product brands
