Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Execute design of marketing assets including brand identity, websites, advertising, emails, and social media ads
• Establish and maintain consistent visual identities across the product portfolio
• Analyze creative briefs and performance data to align work with marketing needs
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams and front-end developers on web design solutions
• Mentor less experienced designers and provide strategic feedback during reviews
• Participate in conceptual brainstorming sessions to drive innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of industry relevant experience
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid grasp of composition, typography, and color theory
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and digital production techniques
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite and project management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of marketing strategies and the marketing funnel
• Proven experience collaborating with writers, photographers, and multimedia talent
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced design skills and brand implementation
