Graphic Design Supervising Associate

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design branding materials including brochures, infographics, social media collaterals, and on-screen presentations
• Deliver high-impact, on-brand creative solutions that align with EY brand standards and business objectives
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand design briefs and share innovative concepts
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting strict turnaround times and quality expectations
• Mentor junior team members on best practices for applying creativity within a production environment
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and advocate for their implementation across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design
• Proven team management experience
• Strong visual design capability and a highly refined sense of aesthetics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion graphics skills
• Experience working with global clients in a fast-paced professional environment
• Expertise in data visualization and infographic creation
