Graphic Design Lecturer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, workshops, and practical sessions in graphic design.
• Develop and deliver engaging curricula that foster creativity and critical thinking.
• Administer and assess examinations, assignments, and projects in line with academic requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback and academic mentoring to support student progression and success.
• Coordinate industry-related opportunities such as internships, guest lectures, and capstone projects.
• Build and maintain partnerships with industry and community organizations to enhance student employability.
• Contribute to academic scholarship and curriculum development within the School.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Design (or a related field) or nearing completion.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree with extensive industry experience from globally recognized firms.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably at the Undergraduate level.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with industry-standard platforms such as Sketch or Figma.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of students and build rapport in various learning contexts.
