Graphic Design Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver complete visual content for print and digital collateral, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging
• Review existing pitch and proposal materials to identify opportunities for visual improvement and clearer communication
• Collaborate with bid teams to produce infographics and data visualisations for submissions
• Maintain and organise digital asset libraries to ensure resources are up to date and aligned with brand standards
• Support the creation and scheduling of social media graphics using Sprout Social
• Assist in producing client-facing collateral such as market intelligence reports, brochures, and flyers
• Build positive working relationships with global marketing and graphics teams to share best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a digital or graphic design role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• A portfolio demonstrating the ability to produce high-quality design collateral

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating B2B creative assets and design
• Experience working within the professional services industry
• Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
