Grants Expense Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan budgets and distribute grants between various countries and beneficiaries
• Coordinate and process payment calculations within clinical research projects
• Act as the primary communication point for Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth payment flows
• Set up and manage payment databases to calculate financial reimbursements to hospitals
• Write business and functional specifications for payment databases
• Compile grant expense forecasts and report payment status to internal parties and clients

Requirements

• University Degree (an economic background is a plus)
• Experience working with large finance datasets
• Proven experience in grant management within the clinical research industry
• Experience working in an international setting
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
