About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of subcontracts and MOU agreements to ensure partners fulfill deliverables and reporting requirements
  • Support the development of performance metrics, goals, and milestones for grant opportunities
  • Interpret contract rules and regulations to determine necessary terms and provisions
  • Communicate with grantees to clarify scope of work, contract terms, and payment procedures
  • Use the Automated Contract Information System (ACIS) to track contract progress and administer payments
  • Conduct remote and onsite monitoring of client records and program documentation to verify compliance
  • Complete monitoring reports and recommend corrective action measures for deficient grantees
  • Support program leads in the development and submission of grant proposals
  • Provide ongoing training and technical assistance to grantees regarding contract management and agency policies

Requirements

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Three years of contract or grants administration and monitoring experience
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and DocuSign

  • Experience in monitoring client-level programs
