About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of clinical trial revenue, focusing on invoicing "Pure Research" items identified in Medicare Coverage Analysis (MCA).
- Review Clinical Trial Contract agreements using the RAPSS system and interpret complex budget language.
- Generate and distribute accurate, timely invoices to clinical trial sponsors via OnCore™.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of OnCore™ patient calendars to ensure accurate tracking of financial trigger points.
- Facilitate clinical trial billing by assisting research staff in delineating between routine care and pure research services.
- Track payments and manage accounts receivable for an assigned caseload, addressing collection issues and aging balances.
- Manage vendor payments by entering requisitions in MarketPlace and validating invoices.
- Collaborate with billing and coding analysts to resolve complex patient billing discrepancies and compliance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- One year of related experience in a healthcare or academic environment.
- Ability to work in a fully on-site arrangement in New Brunswick, NJ.

- Experience with OnCore™.
- Experience working within a non-profit or higher education medical center.
