Grant Writer Volunteer/Intern

Responsibilities

• Research and identify available government and private funding opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of proper protocols and relevant local, federal, and state guidelines
• Generate revenues through submission of well-written and well-documented fundraising proposals
• Generate proposals and all required supporting documents in response to solicitations
• Write reports to foundation, government, and other funders
• Create and maintain funding calendar activities
• Maintain communication on grant progress with project managers and executive staff
• Serve as a liaison between the Aparecio Foundation and funding agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience
