Grand Format Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win large-format and wide-format color projects across various industries including Retail, Advertising, and Manufacturing.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Present high-impact visual communications solutions such as POP/POS displays, trade show graphics, wall murals, and branded signage.
• Lead pre-sales discovery to recommend appropriate substrates, print methods, finishes, and installation considerations.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure project feasibility, profitability, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM activity tracking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with agencies, architects, designers, and brand managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in wide-format printing, large-format graphics sales, or visual communications sales.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, including cold calling, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.
• Strong knowledge of large-format printing processes, substrates, finishing, and installation methods.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
• Experience working with corporate clients and brand managers to deliver immersive brand experiences.
