Grafana/BI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards with a focus on usability and visual storytelling
• Create executive-level KPI dashboards tailored for C-suite consumption
• Design mobile-first and responsive dashboards optimized for tablets and smartphones
• Apply data visualization best practices to present complex data in an actionable manner
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Grafana and other BI tools
• Optimize dashboard performance for fast load times and smooth user experience
• Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to ensure accurate metrics
• Implement filters, drill-downs, alerts, and interactivity
• Maintain dashboard standards, templates, and documentation
• Gather stakeholder feedback to improve usability and adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI, data visualization, or analytics roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Grafana
• Strong understanding of dashboard design principles and UX best practices
• Experience building executive and KPI dashboards
• Ability to design mobile-responsive dashboards
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
• Experience working with data warehouses and semantic layers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
