Graduate Trainee, Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce business documents for sales teams, including brochures, event materials, and social media assets
• Support the rollout and ongoing creation of collateral for new corporate branding
• Work with, manage, and contribute to the expansion of the brand design system and guidelines
• Source and create stock imagery and video footage
• Maintain design consistency for Investor, Client, and Staff related materials using established templates
• Ensure all design work complies with company regulatory requirements and operational risk frameworks

Requirements

• Degree (2:1 or higher) in Interaction Design, Product Design, UX Design, Design Engineering, HCI, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar software)
• Ability to create and use templates within Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography and layout balance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work strategically and communicate the reasoning behind design decisions
• Experience or academic projects involving product/interface design or working within a design system is highly valued

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in motion design and video content production
• Previous internship or work placement in a fintech, technology, or product-focused company
• Experience working within a regulated environment
