Graduate Trainee - Sales/Events/Marketing

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year rotational program across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Event Planning.
• Support the sales cycle through data mining, lead generation, and preparing sales pitches.
• Assist with sales administration, including contract issuance, invoicing, and floorplan management.
• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns and create engaging collateral for various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and analyze campaign performance.
• Support event design, logistics planning, and on-site operations to ensure smooth event execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to meet specific event requirements.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the B2B exhibitions and event industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce, AutoCAD, or Oracle.
• Competency in languages other than English.
