Graduate Trainee - Marketing

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 1-year rotation program covering Sales, Marketing, and Event Operations
• Support the sales team by generating leads, preparing pitches, and contributing to sales targets
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, creating collateral, and conducting market research
• Support event operations through logistics planning and on-site event management
• Collaborate with industry experts and mentors to develop professional event management skills

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken fluency in both Vietnamese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Chinese
• Familiarity with event management software
