Graduate Trainee – Marketing Focused

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of event marketing campaigns and create engaging collateral such as brochures, website content, and social media posts
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven recommendations
• Support the sales team by generating leads, preparing sales pitches, and assisting in client relationship management
• Contribute to logistics planning and provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
• Engage in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tasks to support business growth

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Media, CRM, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, video editing, and eDM design
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken)
• Strong digital savvy with an understanding of social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
