Graduate Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year rotational program across key business functions
• Sales: Generate leads, prepare pitches, and support the sales team to drive growth
• Marketing: Focus on digital marketing, client behavior research, and campaign performance analysis
• Event Operations: Assist with logistics planning, on-site deployment, and event management
• Collaborate with industry experts and work on diverse projects to gain business insights

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
