Graduate Trader

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with senior traders to learn proprietary methodologies and trading systems
• Perform real-time risk management through trade entry and risk layoffs
• Build and maintain sophisticated trading models
• Enhance existing trades and identify new market opportunities
• Liaise between the trading group, internal departments, and OTC relationships

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• On track to graduate by Summer 2026
• Strong understanding of mathematics, probability, and statistics
• High level of proficiency in Excel and VBA
• Ability to maintain composure and communicate clearly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong work ethic with a detail-oriented and organized approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with statistical modeling
