Graduate Trader

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior traders to learn proprietary methodologies and trading systems
• Manage real-time risk through trade entry and risk layoffs
• Build, maintain, and improve trading models
• Enhance existing strategies and identify new market opportunities
• Liaise between the trading desk, internal teams, and OTC relationships

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Expected graduation date by Summer 2026
• Strong foundation in mathematics, probability, and statistics
• High level of proficiency in Excel and VBA
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages
• Experience with statistical modeling
