Graduate Student Associate Program

Responsibilities

• Support various business functions including Business Development, Business Operations & Insights, and Strategic Operations
• Gain hands-on experience by working alongside employees to understand the entertainment and media business
• Participate in professional development through an executive speaker series, mentorship programs, and career workshops
• Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving using a variety of tools and techniques to support team goals

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a Graduate Student for the Fall 2026 semester
• Must maintain a GPA of 3.2 or above
• Available to work 21-35 hours per week in-person in New York City
• Available to work from October 2026 through April 2027
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for the entertainment, sports, and media industry

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA candidate preferred for Business Development, Business Operations, and Strategic Operations roles
