About the role
Responsibilities
- Support structural building design and calculations on projects across New Zealand and Australia
- Work with specialists across disciplines to deliver practical solutions
- Learn and apply industry standards, building codes, and regulations
- Contribute to both office-based and on-site project work
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering (Structural)
- Available to start in February 2027
- Full-time work rights in New Zealand
- Strong interest in structural engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous student vacation or internship experience in consulting
- Experience working in retail, hospitality, or customer service teams
