About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete four strategic rotations across engineering and operations, including one at another Bosch facility in the U.S.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and validation of new hydraulic products.
  • Solve complex design challenges by adapting and improving existing products.
  • Interpret technical requirements to create detailed designs for custom hydraulic manifold housings and valves.
  • Develop and maintain accurate technical drawings and documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and purchasing teams to resolve product and process challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and daily operations.
  • Support projects from initial concept through serial production launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Graduation date in 2025, May 2026, or a recent graduate (within the last 3 years).
  • Internship or co-op experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically during program rotations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • Previous exposure to product design, manufacturing processes, or hydraulic systems.
