Graduate - Specialist Account Management - Distribution

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales activities for assigned distribution accounts to meet business objectives and sales plans
• Develop and maintain account-level business plans, including targets, forecasts, and growth initiatives
• Drive distributor engagement, training, and enablement to maximize product coverage and demand
• Coordinate deal progression, pricing alignment, and order capture with internal teams and channel partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams
• Track account performance and prepare sales reports to present insights to regional management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor principals and key reseller contacts

Requirements

• Recent Graduate degree in Engineering or Finance
• Passion for technology and channel sales with a proactive, self-starter attitude
• Strong MS Office skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for distributor meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with semiconductor products or electronic components
