Graduate Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns and errors
• Triage incoming bugs and support tickets with initial findings from log analysis
• Assist in bug fixing and the initial development of new features
• Collaborate with QA, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless communication
• Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions in the knowledge base

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity regarding root cause analysis
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Application Observability tools like Splunk or Datadog
• Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
