Graduate Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 100 employees to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and environmental protection standards
• Derive actionable recommendations and measures for process improvement based on KPIs such as safety, productivity, and quality
• Plan and control internal operational processes and manage resources and workflows effectively
• Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize customer satisfaction and technical progress
• Conduct routine team meetings and feedback sessions with employees and stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed university degree (obtained within the last 24 months or prior to the start date)
• Advanced proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken)
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in leadership and managing diverse, international teams
• Experience communicating with various stakeholders, including colleagues and senior leadership
• Previous experience working in a logistics environment
• Professional experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
