Graduate Scheme

Responsibilities

• Complete a three-year progressive program with rotational roles across different sectors of the Reed Group
• Take on an operational role in your first year, such as a Recruitment Consultant or Employment Adviser
• Rotate through different departments including recruitment, finance, marketing, IT, or HR every 12 months
• Work with senior stakeholders and contribute to social committees and diversity and belonging groups
• Deliver on performance targets and develop toward future management positions

Requirements

• 2:1 or above bachelor's degree, or a postgraduate degree
• Eligibility to work in the UK full-time for the duration of the three-year scheme
• Commercially minded with an understanding of the recruitment industry or market
• Target-driven, resilient, and possessing exceptional communication skills
• Geographical flexibility to accommodate different placement locations
