Graduate Recruiter, Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospective nursing students, parents, faculty, and staff through written and verbal presentations.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and the Director of Graduate Recruitment to identify and execute recruitment opportunities.
• Counsel applicants regarding admission requirements and scholarship processes.
• Direct information sessions and meet with prospective students and their families.
• Participate in graduate recruiting initiatives, including personal follow-up on inquiries and enrollment assistance.
• Plan and assess major graduate recruitment objectives for the Moffett & Sanders School of Nursing.
• Support recruitment initiatives for underserved populations.
• Work with recruitment marketing coordinators on graphic production and design support.
• Train nursing ambassadors to assist with tours, outreach, and recruitment activities.
• Assist with tele-counseling, email correspondence, and open house event coordination.
• Travel extensively (12-15 weeks per year) and work evenings and weekends as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in student affairs, enrollment management, or a related field.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree.
• Previous experience in a customer service field for at least six months.
• Participation in student organizations during undergraduate studies.
