Graduate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Work across diverse sectors including transport, water, and local authorities
• Gain exposure to various project management methodologies (PMI, APM, and OGC)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver commercially viable and technically sound construction solutions
• Support the delivery of social, economic, and environmental value through the Buildings portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree obtained in 2024 or later (or expected to achieve one)
• Less than 12 months of relevant professional experience (excluding placements)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical approach to problem-solving
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work
• Eligible to achieve security clearance (typically requires UK nationality or 5+ years UK residency)

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Geography, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Project Management, Construction, Environmental Management, or Business Studies
• Demonstrated interest in Mott MacDonald's values and specific project sectors
