Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive 3-year leadership development programme featuring job rotations and on-the-job training

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree (must be completed prior to the first day at Shell)
• Less than three years of professional work experience
• Valid work authorization for India
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze problems, make objective decisions, and generate original ideas
