Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact projects contributing to real mining operations
• Analyze system data and strengthen digital security protocols
• Use data analysis to provide insights for real-time operational decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate solutions
• Ensure all work aligns with safety standards and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum final overall academic average of 65%
• Qualified within the past 24 months
• Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or Labour Relations Management
• No more than 12 months post-qualification experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in cybersecurity, automation, and AI applications within HR
• Ability to work across various mining operations in Limpopo and North West Provinces
