Graduate Program - System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Explore the railway ecosystem to understand specific constraints for embedded and real-time networks
• Contribute to key architectural principles to achieve Digital Train platform objectives
• Design and propose network architectures in collaboration with software and hardware experts
• Validate concepts through prototyping, laboratory testing, and proofs of concept
• Share technical analyses and recommendations with the Alstom expert community

Requirements

• Engineering degree (graduating in 2026) specializing in Computer Science, Networks, or a related field
• Less than 2 years of post-graduate professional experience
• Solid understanding of network architectures and protocols, including Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN)
• Experience with embedded systems, specifically under Linux and in real-time environments
• Ability to navigate complex systems and connect different technical domains
• Fluent English skills for working in a multicultural international environment
