Responsibilities
- Solve operational problems by analyzing data and observing warehouse processes
- Build and shape logistics tech products from scratch
- Own the full product development lifecycle including scoping, design, and engineering coordination
- Identify and lead solutions for warehouse automation, inventory accuracy, and last-mile operations
- Validate product impact through experiments and analytics
Requirements
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience
- Proven builder mindset with experience in side projects or startups
- Highly ambitious with natural curiosity and empathy for users
- Action-oriented personality with a focus on clarity and delivery
