Graduate Program Management & Industrie 4.0

Responsibilities

• Participate in a three-year accelerated development program designed to train future industrial managers.
• Complete an industrial immersion phase (3-6 months) to understand production lines, equipment, and operational constraints.
• Serve as a field manager (12-18 months) to lead teams, drive industrial performance, ensure safety, and implement continuous improvement.
• Execute a transverse mission (approx. 12 months) within a support function such as maintenance, engineering, digitalization, or logistics.
• Contribute to large-scale industrial transformation projects involving automation, AI, and digital solutions.

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree (Bac+5), ideally in Industrial Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Automation, Mechatronics, or Industry 4.0.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and unite teams in a production environment.
• High level of motivation for hands-on field work in demanding industrial settings.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid driving license (Permis B).

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in digital transformation, intelligent automation, and the application of AI in manufacturing.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and change management in a highly automated environment.
