Graduate Program - Junior Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage various projects across multiple sectors to gain a transverse view of the organization
• Develop leadership skills through three stimulating 6-month mandates across different Geneva sites
• Acquire necessary product culture and experience to evolve into a Proximity Manager role
• Complete a final management simulation mandate
• Participate in specialized training, coaching, and mentorship programs led by management and HR teams

Requirements

• Recent graduate or nearing completion of a degree (EPF, HES, or Federal Diploma)
• Educational background in a technical, mechanical, or micromechanical field
• Knowledge of micromechanics
• Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English
• Previous internship experience within a corporate environment
• Experience in production or industrial settings is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership skills through associative or sporting activities
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and assertiveness
