Graduate Program in Operations

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month cross-functional program consisting of three 8-month rotations
• Drive efficient manufacturing, quality, and product distribution processes
• Focus on operational excellence, product quality standards, and compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and the shift toward smoke-free products
• Work on real-world projects to ensure global product availability and scalability

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Production Management), Logistics, Chemistry, or a related field
• Maximum of 3 years of post-graduation work experience
• Proficiency in English and the local language
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Legal right to work in Czechia without sponsorship
• Ability to analyze large datasets and solve complex operational problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in production, quality, or engineering
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability skills
• Willingness to relocate abroad for future opportunities
