Responsibilities
- Participate in a 12-month structured career accelerator program
- Complete two 6-month immersions within different agencies
- Engage in operational piloting and team management
- Learn profit center management and technical industry mastery
- Develop managerial, entrepreneurial, and technical skills
Requirements
- Graduate from a Grande École or Engineering school in Building, Civil Engineering, or Structural Works
- Recent graduate or maximum one year of professional experience
- Highly motivated and mobile
- Entrepreneurial spirit and natural leadership
- Ambition to evolve quickly into management or director roles
