Graduate Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engagement initiatives for students and alumni, including newsletters and program updates
• Oversee the creation, scheduling, and distribution of content across social media and internal platforms
• Plan and execute student-facing and program-focused events, such as information sessions and networking opportunities
• Manage event logistics from concept through execution, including the production of digital and print materials
• Maintain and analyze engagement data, including event participation and outreach effectiveness
• Track digital content performance and contribute to analytical reports to inform program decision-making
• Provide operational support by maintaining program materials and updating web content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with social media management, digital communications, and event coordination
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams)
• Knowledge of data tools such as Excel, Banner, or other CRM systems
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced coursework or interest in higher education, communications, or data analytics
• Experience in higher education or student support and engagement
