Graduate Program - Continuous Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the animation of the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) continuous improvement approach on-site
• Analyze and identify areas for progress and develop associated action plans
• Drive and support the implementation of improvement actions on the ground through training and indicator monitoring
• Participate in the second year of the program as a Project Management Engineer, establishing project governance (rituals, RACI, visual management)
• Build and monitor QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) dashboards and track benefits
• Perform load vs. capacity analysis and propose arbitration scenarios

Requirements

• Engineering degree (graduating in 2026)
• Specialization in production, supply chain, quality, engineering, or digital
• Less than 2 years of professional experience
• Fluent English skills for international collaboration
• Interest in industry, rail, and sustainable mobility
