About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules under senior guidance
- Support data extraction and programme analytics to implement AI-driven tools
- Monitor project progress and flag potential issues to leadership
- Participate in project meetings, take notes, and prepare updates
- Help prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status
- Support coordination with suppliers and consultants
- Maintain accurate project data and documentation
- Learn and develop planning skills using scheduling software and digital tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Design, Project Management, or Computer Science (AI)
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Coding skills in Python, SQL, VBA, or JavaScript
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and interest in AI, automation, or data-driven project planning
